WDS Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using Walker Digital Studio (WDS) services, including browsing this website, purchasing apparel, or engaging in consultation for commercial print management, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms define our professional covenant relationship.

1. General Agreement and Definitions

  • The Covenant: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client” or “Customer”) and Walker Digital Studio (“WDS” or “We”).
  • Modification: WDS reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site or services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Print-to-Order Apparel Sales

These terms apply to all physical goods purchased via our WooCommerce store.

  • Custom Production: All apparel is Print-to-Order. Production begins immediately upon order confirmation.
  • Refunds and Returns: Returns are governed exclusively by the separate WDS Covenant Apparel Return & Refund Policy. We strictly adhere to that policy regarding exchanges, sizing errors, and defects.
  • Finality of Sale: Except for manufacturing defects, all apparel sales are final due to the custom nature of the product.
  • Shipping: Shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. WDS is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

3. Atomic Print Management (APM) and Commercial Services

These terms govern strategic print management services provided by WDS.

  • WDS Role: WDS acts as a strategic intermediary, manager, and consultant. We utilize a curated network of trade-only production partners to fulfill orders. We manage the entire production process on the Client’s behalf, ensuring cost-efficiency and quality control under a covenant of strategic partnership. WDS is the Client’s single point of contact and accountability for the print management workflow.
  • Proofing and Approval: The Client is 100% responsible for the final approval of all proofs (design, copy, and layout) before a job is submitted to our production network. Once approval is given, WDS is not liable for errors in the original file (e.g., typos, incorrect colors, design flaws).
  • Liability: WDS liability is strictly limited to correcting errors resulting from WDS’s failure to submit the Client’s approved file correctly to the production partner. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client to WDS for the specific job in dispute.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall WDS be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, the use of our services or products.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and the jurisdiction of Atlanta.
