WDS Covenant Apparel: Return & Refund Policy

At Walker Digital Studio, we stand by the quality of our apparel. Our relationship is a covenant built on trust, and we ensure every order meets our high standards before shipment. Please read our policy carefully, as all apparel is custom-printed just for you.

1. The Print-to-Order Covenant

All apparel items (T-shirts, Hoodies, Long Sleeves) are created on demand specifically for your order. We do not hold inventory. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons outside of manufacturing defects or shipping damage.

2. Eligible Returns & Refunds (Covered by Covenant)

We will gladly replace or refund your order if it meets one of the following criteria:

  • Manufacturing Defect: The item has a print error, a tear, or a hole upon arrival.
  • Wrong Item Shipped: You received a different size, color, or garment type than what you ordered.
  • Shipping Damage: The item arrived damaged due to mishandling during shipping.

Action Required: You must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Please email us with your Order Number and a clear photo of the defect or error.

3. Non-Eligible Returns (Not Covered by Covenant)

We cannot issue refunds or accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Buyer’s Remorse: You simply changed your mind.
  • Incorrect Size Ordered: We provide detailed size charts. Please verify all measurements before ordering, as we cannot exchange items due to incorrect sizing choice.
  • Incorrect Address: Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.

4. Processing Time

Once a defect or error is confirmed, we will process a replacement order or a full refund (including original shipping costs) within 5 business days.
