E-commerce Purchases (WooCommerce)
When you purchase apparel from us, we collect the data necessary to process and fulfill your order. This includes your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, and phone number. This information is shared with our payment processor (Stripe) and our fulfillment partners (for print-to-order shipping) only for the purpose of completing and delivering your purchase.
Payment Processing and Security:
We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store or directly access your credit card numbers or sensitive financial data. All payment details are submitted directly to Stripe via a secure connection and are handled according to Stripe’s own privacy policy.
Consultation and Lead Forms (WPForms): Data collected through our Print Blueprint Consultation Form includes Company Name, Print Budget, and Strategic Goals. This information is used exclusively to qualify leads, prepare strategic proposals for our Atomic Print Management (APM) service, and initiate a professional covenant relationship. This data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure third,-party providers including Stripe and PayPal. We also accept Zelle, Cash App, and Cash. Walker Digital Studio does not store your credit card or banking information on our private servers.
The Deposit & Refund Policy
Growth, Harvest, & Legacy Bundles: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin design work. This covers the creative time and initial drafting of your project. Seed Bundle: Paid in full at the time of purchase.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Design Services:
If a project is canceled after design work has begun, the 50% deposit remains non-refundable.
Design & Production Process:
Revisions: Each bundle includes up to 3 rounds of digital revisions sent via text for approval.
Final Approval:
Production will only commence once the client has provided a written “Okay to Print” via text.
Final Balance & Source Files: The remaining 50% balance must be settled in full before final products are released or high-resolution files are sent to production. While client-provided logos remain the property of the client, all custom layouts and design assets created by Walker Digital Studio are our intellectual property. Editable source files (AI, PSD, etc.) are not included in standard delivery but may be made available for an additional release fee.
